Armenian-German medical center of maxillofacial surgery “Modern Implant Medicine” was founded in 2009 and till 2012 has been functioning in the 3rd Clinical Hospital of Yerevan. The founders of the center are Grigor Khachatryan (scientific director), an assistant professor in Yerevan State Medical University, and Professor Khoury George (scientific consultant, Hamburg, Germany). Since June 2012 the center is functioning in a specially equipped clinic at the following address: 40 Dzorapi st., 1st and  2nd floors, rooms 22, 28- 29 Yerevan, 0015, Armenia. Priority directions of the center are:
  • maxillofacial surgery
  • plastic surgery
  • functional and reconstructive surgery of jaws
  • oral cavity surgeries
  • dental implantology
  • rhinoplasty
  • orthopedic and therapeutic stomatology
  • endoscopic ENT surgery
  • orthodontology
The clinic is equipped with maxillofacial computer tomography Sirona GALILEOS Comfort that is unique in the Republic of Armenia. This is a 3D diagnostic tomography that allows studying from all the sides, making a thorough and accurate diagnostics as well as planning the treatment tactics. We also widely use video stroboscope and video endoscope of the company Karl Storz in maxillofacial areas for ENT organs. The staff of the center is periodically retrained in Germany and other European specialized medical centers. The main partners of the clinic are the German medical center ESTETICA Clinic and the famous German company DENTSPLY SIRONA, which owns the brands Ankylos C / X, XiVe and Astra.
